I’m renting Church space located at 2429 Tremont Avenue in the Bronx off Castle Hill Avenue.
It is fully equipped, PA system, podium, two restrooms, central heat, and central a/c, and an office. It holds about 100 chairs. Easy ground access and electric gate.
The pastor selects a time slot on Sundays and a weekday slot: Two days!
Sundays: 9:00pm – 12:00pm
Tuesdays: 7pm – 10pm
Thursdays: 7pm – 10pm
Saturdays we can talk about it!
The rent is $1,200 per month and it includes all utilities and will be a month to month agreement. One month rent one-month security. I am aware rent is extremely high and the majority of the landlords are not Church friendly. That is why we assist ministries to take advantage of what is available in the heart of the Bronx.
